Room facility is poor and Airconditon is very old , Bathroom and bedroom no privacy, bathroom activities visible from bedroom no curtains and space between wall and door

Clean Hotel

The stay was good though the price was high considering that the property is practically tucked away practically in the middle of nowhere. This was made up with the friendliness and the caring staff. I must commend the staff - front office, house keeping, restaurant and room service for great service and taking very good care of us.

They are part of Sterlig esorts chain and have very good ambience and well laid out landscaping around the swimming pool. They have some games and activities planned for evenings. However, there was not much partcipation from the guests and their families. They seemed to be understaffed, and seemed to be managed by trainees.Though staff was hard working and sincere. Restaurant was good with tasty food. However, it also seemed understaffed as serice was taking long. Overall good experience.

Overall we were not satisfied with our stay at Ria Da Vista Resort. And this is why: - Maintenance very bad - Staff was inkompetent in many ways, thyis including lieing to us. - Restaurant. Only open for dinner from 7.30 pm. Breakfast buffet was very bad. - Pool was constantly used for swimminglessons for the local children. - Ratpoo in the bathroom Overall: Find another hotel.
