We requested a nonsmoking room and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were able to move to another room, but it was on the ground floor, next to the atrium. There are large glass windows that take up the whole wall. The noise is nonstop from the pool and people in the atrium. There was a group of people sitting right next to our room and the curtains didn’t shut all the way, so they could look into our room all night. The bathtub faucet and drain were both broken. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was dirty with stains on the doors that looked they have never been wiped down. The majority of the outlets in the room did not work and some had tape over them. Overall a disappointing stay.

Cold pool
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis trip was so the kids could swim in the pool, and it was FREEZING!! The kids swam for an hour before their lips were blue. It was about 20 degrees outside so maybe that’s why it was so cold, but the temperature in the pool room was even cold and I was wearing 2 long sleeve shirts.
Breakfast was fine, but there were a lot of issues with running low on different things. The staff were very nice. Probably will never stay again since we choose hotels based on the pool for our kids.
