Very clean and comfy! Enjoyed the accessibility to the city, especially having the Rijksmuseum just down the block. Very much recommend staying here!

We loved staying here. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean while also not being too basic. It’s somewhere we would definitely stay again if we were to come back.

Very comfortable. Staff were wonderful. The restaurant was fantastic. Close to the museums and very walkable to everything.

The hotel is in a prime location and easy to access a lot of shopping, museums,trams, the park and the canal cruises are right across the street. It was simple to walk to Anne Frank house in @ 20 minutes also. The deluxe room was small but had everything provided I needed including stocked bar and mini fridge. The hairdryer had multi levels of heat and cool which was nice to find. The rainfall shower was hot and felt great. The bed was soft and pillows were fluffy. It was also nice to have a balcony to step out on, even tho it is very narrow. The only thing I may add is I visited in Feb and it got rather cool at night and not sure the heat could keep up as it was a bit cold in the room but only worth noting and not bad. As a solo traveler, felt safe and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at MOMO is very very good. Would recommend better access to room service menu and availability times as even staff was uncertain of times, QR code to guest services stated one time but restaurant said another time when I spoke with them. So slightly confusing to try to plan dinner in the room. I would stay again if I am ever back in Amsterdam.

Overpriced for the accommodations. The staff, lobby, and hotel are very posh but the room left a lot to be desired. We stayed in one of the Jr. Luxury Suites. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way, the bath mat was broken, there were bulbs that were burned out, the shampoo was empty, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned (found used floss on the bathroom floor and someone’s receipt under the couch). I would not stay here again.
