You get what you pay for...there's a reason why the rooms are cheaper here. The property is pretty rundown, the rooms were ok. The elevators are scary af...their inspection paperwork seems to be out of date. You can hear everything. The staff were okay...nothing really stood out positively or negatively.

Likes: quick 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland or $5-$8 ride share. Dislike staff didn’t offer to explain. How to get to your room as lay out is a little confusing.

When I booked this hotel on your website it was included with Breakfast and parking. When I checked in then they told me that parking is extra plus tax and no breakfast. I called your office and your staff was less than helpful. I would not book this hotel again or through your website as you showed me that you don’t care about your clients. I also would leave reviews on Google and other reviews websites about your company and the hotel.

Overall, everything was good. I've stayed here before. And will probably stay again, as needed. One drawback was the sink stopper was not working properly. It was not connected and stayed blocked at all times. It had to be removed in order for water to drain.

Clean little motel. Close to parks. Not happy about having to pay $20 to park overnight at the motel I paid to stay at. Typical money grab in this area.
