The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We found a bug in our bed. The TV did not work. The hairdryer did not work.

Our room spelled like smoke. We had a bug in our bed. The outlet did not work properly, causing my cpap machine to stop several times in the night. The tv did not work. At 8:30 AM maintenance was hammering in close proximity to me, a room that was being renovated.

Dated and questionable cleanliness
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsPhotos online do not reflect the condition of the hotel, from the outside it looks run down , the inside is slightly better but dated. When we first got to our room it was absolutely freezing the heat was completely shut off. The room took awhile to warm up , but eventually did. Paid for a king suite, since it had a hot tub in it. We werent able to use it as it looked stained and didnt appear to be clean. The room cleanliness was incredibly questionable, but we were tired and did not feel like searching the area for another room since we had already paid. I will not book a room here in the future.

After you told them to quiet down the asked who the f. King snitch was and tried to come in our adjoining door so we didnt get any sleep last night. They didnt get quiet til 3:30am. Other than that it was a nice stay even though i wanted a jacuzzi room and none available. Plus all the marijuana smell was horrible even though not your fault.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and breakfast was great, but the room wasn't completely clean. Hair in the bathtub, dried up used washrag hanging on shower curtain rod, and what I can only describe as blood stains all over the curtains which is what scored this as poor vs average. It was pretty gross!
