Property grounds were beautiful. Excellent communication with staff members prior our arrival. Nice hotel ambiance and an amazing staff ready and willing to help with anything you might need. Fantastic food and drinks at their Le Bistro Restaurant. Definitely a place to disconnect and recharge. On a side note. the first night of our arrival was my daughters birthday, I have previously requested for our room to be decorated and also I have ordered a Passion Fruit cake to celebrate. Communication with Cesar (the hotel host) was easy, with constant updates and follow ups. Upon our arrival, the room was beautifully decorated with balloons and flowers and the cake was freshly made the same day and looks exactly as I have requested. The cake, OMG!!!! the most delicious, moistest passion fruit cake we have ever had. It didn't lasted 5 min :). we share it among my friends and with the staff members whom sang Happy BDAY to my girl. What an amazing memory for all of us. Definitely a place that I would love to return one day.
