Superbe hotel familial !

Pour : Tout était parfait sauf les horaires du petit-déjeuner qui sont très restrictifs: jusqu'à 9.30 et avec des enfants ce n'est pas évident !
Contre : Possibilité de facturer sur la chambre les frais pour nettoyer le linge: nous avons du revenir avec notre linge mouillé. Etendre horaire du petit-dej
Emplacement : Parfait: tout à proximité, restaurants, supermarchés, starbucks etc...
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec une réservation via Expedia.ca et ensuite en direct avec l'hôtel ou nous avons eu une suite avec 1 chambre à un très bon prix. Les chambres sont vraiment adaptées à une famille, le petit déjeuner est compris et il y a une belle petite piscine intérieure. Un guest lavatory qui permet de nettoyer le linge: attention il faut avoir des pièces US ! Autour de l'hôtel: Safe Way, un Starbucks, bref tout est à disposition à quelques pas. Nous avons été faire une visite de Seattle, de Boeing (Everett) et aussi un arrêt à l'outlet à quelques minutes de là.
Nous sommes ravis de notre choix !

It is where I have taken my grandbabies as birthday memories for about 10 years now! There’s been a few things of disappointment on this trip, but the staff has been amazing and we will be back!

Overall we had a good stay and would return again if we were in the area. Solid 4/5 for amenities and convenient location.
Pros- Clean, comfortable and spacious room, pet friendly, good breakfast options (omelets, biscuits/gravy, waffles), fancy coffee machine in lobby with complementary espresso drinks. Friendly counter staff.
Cons- Pool/spa were closed and nobody informed us after booking or even at check in (no water at all so not an emergency situation). One of the main reasons we chose this property so very disappointing. Also because it is a pet friendly hotel there were lots of droppings all around everywhere that were not cleaned up, I know that is the pet owner's fault but it does actually detract from walking around the property itself. Grumpy breakfast staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property!We are so sorry about our pool being closed. The next time you are in our area the pool with 100% be open and be more pretty than ever. We are getting it completely resurfaced and we are very excited about this. However, it was definitely disappointing to have to close it this last weekend. We really hope you will give us another chance in the future!
