No one was at the front desk for a long while when I was leaving the hotel.

Staff was friendly but room had a strong smell. Sheets were clean but the comforter looked like it had make up on it

The property was outdated, signs of wear. The staff was stellar. Kay, Delise , Tee, Kenyatta , and Phyllis were great examples of what customer service looks like.
