Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en milieu d'après midi nous avons trouvé porte close. L'hôtel n'a pas de réception les dimanches et jours fériés. Et leur téléphone ne réponds pas. Une personne et un policier à l'extérieur nous ont confirmé que c'était comme ça. Et comme l'assistance Expedia ne répondait pas au téléphone nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel. Expedia vends des nuits dans un hôtel qui est fermé les jours fériés ! Le lendemain nous avons eu une personne de l'assistance Expedia qui n'a pas pu joindre l'hôtel ! Hôtel à éviter et que devrait supprimer Expédia de sa liste.

Lazy staff, Roaches, Btoken Appliances

Front desk staff bring their kids to work & cry, run around, & blame customers when staff leave early. They refuse to do their job, provide clean towels upon request or ever! Maintenance requests ignored! Microwave & electric stove didn't work! No hot water! One staff member always closed early, brought her 2 very young kids to the office, always yelled at the kids, offered them to random customers, & always responded instructing to return or ignoring & walking away without a word.

Staff was cool and helped with all issues I had. Property is quiet and staff is extremely friendly and very helpful will return!

Staff was friendly and wasn’t pushy . Came across an issue with my booking and they didn’t rush me out the room . Will be back again

Room pretty good, clean clean clean, Everything clean, under bed, behind the bed and more. Smells great. Closet clean. Foors clean, walls clean. Curtains clean, fridge and stove, microwave CLEAN. Bed comfy.I checked another room not so good. No towels ,no soap, far better then local hotels close by. Great evening staff.
