I felt this was a very good hotel, and very spacious room for the money. We had 3 adults and 3 children in one room and had plenty of room. Room was very spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great time for our family
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel staff are super friendly and all stopped to play with my toddler who needed to walk the lobby and dining room to burn off some energy. Everything was comfortable and we felt safe. Some may say they didn't like the view, but honestly I was pretty happy to look out our window at Costco. To each their own :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But, there was so much noise in the hall, rooms near me and above me past midnight. The hotel needs mandatory quiet hours. People need to make their noise in the lobby area.

When entering my room it was very clean and in order my only thing that left me unhappy was there was hair in my shower that hadn’t been cleaned and in the closet.

Check in was easy. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed & sofa. The kitchen area had a full size refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, sink, dishwasher, utensils and a decent sized counter area. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The water temperature in the shower varied from day to day. At worst it was still warm. The supplied shower products were great. The towels were very big and fluffy. The only complaint was the noise from people next door and above us as well as some street noise. None of the noise from other guests went on too late into the night. The street noise was mainly people going by in the morning on their way to work. The parking garage provided a nice, weather protected area. We had no problems with anyone hanging around. The use of your room card was necessary to get into the garage as well as to use the elevator so that made for a secure feeling. The laundry was also card accessible and the washers/dryers did a good job but were a bit expensive. You need to buy your own detergent/softener but there was a grocery store a few blocks away. Plenty of dining options in the area. All in all a good place to stay.
