Shower wouldn’t drain. Called twice. Nobody fixed it.

We had an amazing time from the accommodating front desk to the attentive wait staff. Easy check in and check out process.

I booked this hotel 2 months ahead and specifically requested a city view. This was for a very special occasion (valentine’s day). I had my interior decorator check in on my behalf to start the decor for my husband’s surprise. When I arrived, the room sits facing some building, no views and honestly looks like train tacks. This room was NOT CHEAP (booked a suite). Highly disappointed. I should known better because the restaurant is also horrible (both service and food).

Loved the property however I had to have my room switched due to malfunctioning in my first room. The sick drain was stuck tv system wouldn’t connect, room phone didn’t work.. However they accommodated quickly..

This time was not as good as the last time. We got one of the suites which was priced at $1000/night. Turned air down but it never got cool in the room, it just ran all night. By the time we figured it out it was 3 am and too late to get someone to fix it. We wanted to talk to a manager but one never showed up even though they said he texted him. Same with Vaket. They said they called for our car but it was 30 minutes before we got it. We were going to be up at 5 anyway but the whole night we didn’t get to sleep. Also, the valet and some of the front desk were apathetic.
