Perfect!
Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy daughter and I came in town for a baby shower and needed a place to stay close to my in-laws house. This carriage house was perfect! Two bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom, a living room, small kitchen and laundry room was all the space we needed. The apartment is cutely decorated and well stocked with anything you might need including coffee, creamer and sweetener and even shampoo and conditioner. The carriage house is also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!!

Sharon and Eric have thought of everything, and they went out of their way to make it a relaxing stay. Quiet, clean and a wonderful location that’s easily walkable to downtown Roswell and beyond. It’s so much nicer than a hotel! Highly recommend!

Eric and Sharon were easy to contact, prompt, accommodating, and extremely kind. They made sure everything was in place for us to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend this property!

Another Excellent Stay!

Its So Peaceful, tucked away, yet near Everything and within minutes of getting around Atlanta Very Easily. It is Immaculately Clean and has Everything You need there. The Beds are So Comfortable and we always get a Great nights sleep. Do not hesitate to book this Beautiful Guest Home. The owners are Precious and are Always available if you need anything. Amazing stay in Roswell

Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HomeAwaySo fun to be able to walk onto the beautiful Main Street of historic Roswell - so many choices of good restaurants that you don't even need to leave the area.
Gracious host who gives you plenty of autonomy (despite living next door) but is very available via text for any questions.
Perfect set up inside with just the right amount of room and comfort.

The accommodations are 5 star..newer, clean, well stocked, and the owners are thoughtful and amazing to work with!
