Honestly this place is amazing and especially for the price. We had a great 1BR apartment with an amazing view of the city from our balcony.
Right off Peachtree in midtown and close to everything. If I ever come back to Atlanta..

Someone called and complained i was making noise . So instead of sonder coming by my room or even calling me to ask if i was indeed making noise sonder sends me two text messages telling me to keep the noise down or i would be fined . Wont be coming back room was clean property was clean but customer service not so great.

The all around review was ok. Only thing i did not like was furniture wws so uncomfortable. Couch sit ya on the floor and chairs was not comfy. The bed sit on the floor. We are 42 plus yrs old. So with age and bad backs and knees 3 days of low sitting furniture was uncomfortable. The balcony was not a city view like we thought, it is a side view. Condo is very very clean, the supply all you need , qnd communication was great. No TV in bedroom really was a disappointment..I never have stayed where there was not a TV in the bedroom especially at this price .

The room I stayed in wasn't the cleanest. The carpets were stained, as well as a couple of the towels. The bathroom and bedroom walls also needed some fresh paint as well. The shower had a very interesting, uncomfortable set up as well. It was as if rather than replacing whatever set up was there, they simply placed a new shower install on top. Also, being on the second floor, I did not really have a balcony. Instead, I had an enclosed space that was really part of the second floor outdoor plaza. Thankfully it wasn't too noisy during my stay. But speaking of noise, hearing the elevator throughout the stay wasn't a pleasurable experience either. Also, while the closet was a nice size, the hanger racks were very low, so I couldn't hang my clothes without having to fold them on a hanger. With that said, the kitchen area was nice and where I spent most of my time in the room. And accessing the building and room was easy. But overall, I struggled to feel comfortable in that room throughout my stay. Even if I were to travel to Atlanta again and there was a great rate at this location, I would probably look elsewhere.

Huge supermarket 2 mins walk away is fantastic and easy to get to from the airport
