Disgusting ! We didn’t stay and the manger charged my card twice without authorization which is fraud . He was rude ! The hotel was dirty, unsafe , had bugs outside the door , creepy people smoking. It was rundown and looked like a homeless shelter .

I apologize for the issues you have brought to our notice. We at Econo Lodge, Somers Point, NJ always strive to give clean and up to date accommodations to our guests. Our rooms are clean and sanitized time to time. Indeed you are a valuable guest. Our hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are no homeless people living at our hotel. Since our hotel prohibits guests to smoke in the room, they come outside the room and sit and smoke. Your feedback is very important to us and we will attend on it. Hope you will give us another opportunity by staying with us in future..
