Gross. Don’t stay here
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis place is a dump! How it has a 7 rating is beyond me! I had to add a night to my trip and the great hotel I was at didn’t have any rooms. The room stunk like stale cigarettes and had an overall feeling of uncleanliness. I got Febreeze fabric and air and sprayed it down. That took care of the smell. After killing 2 stink bugs (I think that’s what they were), I noticed the property as a whole got louder as the evening wore on. After listening to 2 people in next room argue for over an hour (I could hear EVERY WORD spoken) I decided it was worth it to miss the event I was staying for and drive home. I told the guy in the office about my experience. (I just told him. No yelling or anything rude) He just looked at me and didn’t say anything. It’s a dump. I DO NOT recommend!!

Very quiet with stove and refrigerator. Extended stay so no housekeeping. Very convenient to Auburn University. I did have to do chanel search to make the tv work.

The front desk staff and manager were very rude. Stayed there with a service dog and the manager refused to allow the service animal. A veteran of the USMC with his service animal!!! Very disappointing and will not stay there and will not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!

Clean, newly renovated basic hotel. Staff very helpful when I could not figure out my tv. No frills, but excellent for the budget hotel it is. Lots of dining around and a Winn Dixie grocery store across the street. I stayed in a suite with kitchenette; bring any dishes/utensils you plan on using.
