Really disappointing stay
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsStaff were completely overwhelmed. Rooms weren’t available until so late in the day (actually evening) that our night was basically ruined). And the room we had paid a premium for wasn’t made available to us. Individual employees were wonderful… but they had been left in a very difficult situation. It was such a letdown. This was compounded by management clearly not being too concerned about putting things right, as no communication was followed up with.

We have stay a few times and love the breakfast and the land bar/restaurant on site was great and the staff are super friendly

We liked especially the friendly and extrem customer focused staff. Customer Relations were fantastic. The clean and tidy room with a amazing view.

Booked a superior king got switched to a normal king and had to still had to pay the amount for a worse room. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my room key. Also the “free parking” wasn’t available had to pay $55 a night for parking. Got told off for making a minor splash in the pool although I read the rules and it didn’t say anything about bombing/splashes(I guess you have to crawl into the pool or use ladder). Our view is great we got to stare at the back of a building. I don’t think it was worth the price and incovienience. The address that it is at is not the actual address it’s on the other side. So-called soundproof rooms but we could hear other doors opening from other rooms.

Bathroom needed a deep clean. Dust all around the edges, grouting and toilet bowl needed scrubbing and still someone’s hair left in the shower. Bed and room were clean.

Good stay
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was friendly and quick. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with directions and the free shuttle. Breakfast service was chaotic unless you opted for the buffet.
