Do not stay here. After we checked in and got a key, we went to the room, accessible by an outside balcony/corridor. Outside of the building was dirty and had rust on all the stairwells. Exterior carpets were filthy. Room had a strange odor, and both the sink and toilet had not been properly cleaned. We went back to the desk to return the key and go elsewhere. We were offered a room upgrade but declined. They could not give me a refund since we had already checked in. I returned the key anyway and went somewhere else. Further attempts to get a refund through the email I was provided have gone unanswered. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card and reporting them to the Days Inn corporate.

Never again

Had to change room because there was no doorknob to get out of bathroom; my daughter almost got locked in! Breakfast was very limited, watery orange juice, no coffee, all starches, few options and no maintenance; when we tried to eat at 8:15 the place was cruddy with waffle dough and other spills. Second night we were locked out and had to go to office for new keys after an exhausting day. I will never stay here again even though I am in the area annually

Terrible front desk service. Had to ask for shampoo and soap - and they were out. No remote in room, no coffee at breakfast. Towels looked dirty. Chair in room was stained, room was dirty. Bad rep for Days Inn

Don’t do it, you’ll regret it

The actual motel looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are filthy, stains galore on the bedding and furniture, mold in the bathroom, mirrors were covered in handprints and fingerprints. The rooms are small, so small that two people can’t pass each other in front of the bed. There was no tv remote and when I inquired at the front desk; they gave me a remote that didn’t work and when I asked about that, they said they’d have to send maintenance down. They didn’t. We had a double queen room and we had one towel in the bathroom. Again I had to stop down at the front desk (because the phones didn’t work…they were “renovating”), the front desk lady argued that there was two and that was enough for my family of 4 for the entire weekend. Miraculously she found more when another guest overheard my request for more towels. I was charged twice for the same room for the entire weekend so I now have to dispute the charge on my end. The black out curtains on the window were broken. The guy checking me out was rude. The “breakfast” is cereal and toast. My in-laws were traveling with us. Their shower leaked so every time someone took a shower, they stepped out of the tub into puddles of water. Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. We were in town for a state sport championship so all hotels near the venue were booked solid because I did try to find something else.

Don’t stay here

This truly was the worst stay I could ever imagine. The tub was DIRTY, the walls were dirty, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was no remote for the tv, the phone didn’t work, the alarm didn’t work, there was a 2 towel per room limit with a 4 person stay and the coffee machine had no basket in it. I could keep writing complaints, all in all it was literally the worst stay of anywhere, EVER.
