The staff are brilliant and very professional..unfortunately the standard of the food served has dropped dramatically ..lots of the items on the menu were cold , some looked like they were reheats and in general a huge turn off ...it's a pity because it was very good on previous visits ..any furure visit will not include meals.

The staff were immensely helpful and courteous. The facility was very safe, lovely and in a serene environment. The restaurant facilities were very neat, presentable, and brilliant as well. We even had a free upgrade. Thanks guys!

Enjoyed it, the area was lovely which is why we chose it. As there is no lifeguard I think it would have been good for there pool to be open all the time. Stayed for five nights and the room was cleaned once which was a shame as the bin became quite full. Maybe room service throughout the stay would have been great. Also would have been good if there was more options for meals as it’s buffet or walk into town for food. But a great anniversary getaway.

Good but could be better
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsHotel was fine though check in is tediously slow. I tried to contact the booking team to pay for early check in but on arrival they had no record of my request. Pool was good and enjoyed the facilities around the hotel. We were woken up with a fire alarm at around 6am which was really frustrating. Other than that would probably go back given it is pet friendly.

We stayed here as we got a great rate through Expedia and it had a swimming pool. . Bed wasn't the most comfortable and we didn't eat there but chose to get pizza from the Italian at the roundabout in Aviemore which we know is good. Can't complain for the money we paid but wouldn't go in it's busy period.
