Clean, good service. Minus: room 150 is next to the pool. We can hear the noises coming from there. I would have chosen another room. But in general, it's a fair place for a good price.

Exit from parking lot was less then driveable . That is the west side exit needs clearing of debris and widened or closed off completely.

Hi James, ODOT on the main street (Campbell) is the one who put the turning lanes in front of our hotel. Also, the back of the hotel is under construction and the boulders and trees separate our lot from the back of the Truck Corall parking lot.

The motel is convenient, right off the freeway though surprisingly quiet. My room was old-fashioned, the look of at least 20 years ago. Easily controlled heat/air conditioning, large TV, but difficult to find things to watch since the TV page in the welcome book had the channels wrong. A pretty good, low budget place to stay for a couple nights.

The hotel was built in 1978 and still has the amazing original Spanish tile and other unique features. We pride ourselves on clean comfortable rooms. Thank you for staying at the Eldorado Inn Carole.

Hi Colleen, as I told you in the morning when you came to the lobby, we had a State Championship game in town all mid-week/weekend and the hotel was at max capacity for many days in a row. By the time you told me you had a noise issue it was after 9 am and the guests above you had been checked out for hours by then so there wasn't anything I could do. You stated the noise started around 2 am, the lobby is closed at that time but if you would have come down to the lobby and rang the night doorbell or called the emergency cell # phone boldly noted in a sign on the door I would have happily asked the guest to be quite and considerate of the other guest below them. They had been here for 4 other nights, and we honestly didn't have any other complaints about them from other guests so there wasn't any way for me to know it was a problem. Management

It was a really nice stay. Your front desk person was very pleasant. My only complaint is opening the second drawer on the dressers and finding a pair of what looked to be worn/dirty men’s underwear that probably should’ve been removed before the room was let to us.

I am so sorry Shawn, my housekeeper and I try very hard to make sure room and exceptionally clean and sanitized. During the past week/weekend we had a few different events in town that kept us at max room capacity for many days at the hotel and we tried to keep up with the demand the best we could. I definitely will make sure we double check drawers for things like that going forward. Managment
