It was right beside the hospital where my son needed surgery! Not far also from the Visitor Centre and from an excellent breakfast restaurant Touloulous!!!! (I recommand it!!!)
Facilities are a bit old, but clean. For an overnight stay, it was great. I was able to extend to noon, with no charge. Thank you!!!

The Room is just a little bit old. The shower doesn't work well, a big noise and no ventilation. But it was very clean et the service was nice.
The emplacement is wonderful though, 5 min of walk of the center of Banff and perfect to go to a little walk, juste on the side of a river.

Hôtel bien situé près de tout. Pas d’air climatisé toutefois et où notre chambre était située, avec l’angle de l’hôtel, nous ne pouvions laisser la porte et rideaux ouverts puisque le voisin voyait à l’intérieur de notre chambre. Ils devraient installer un paravent ou il y a les angles sur le balcon afin de protéger notre intimité.

I do believe our guest services manager Daniel Stoddart reached out to you directly and offered you a room move with the assistance of the front desk team. We not you declined the room move as the room number you wanted was not available. As we already explained, due to Banff's unique geographical location and climate, many hotels in the area, including ours, do not provide air conditioning as a standard amenity. The relatively cooler temperatures in Banff, even during the summer months, have traditionally made air conditioning unnecessary. However, we do understand that your individual preferences may vary, and we regret that we were unable to meet your specific needs in this regard. Air conditioning has been taken into consideration for our planned renovations happening in the future.We hope that you would consider giving us another opportunity once renovations have taken place to provide you with a more pleasant stay in the future.Kind regards,Bow View Front Desk

Had a nice stay at the hotel that is walking distance from everything in Banff including Bow river! Great stay! The access cards to room system needs to be improved as I had to get my card redone many times during my 6 night stay but they were quick at updating them for me. Great service, polite and friendly! Thanks !

Personnel très serviable, très beau site et bien situé. L'immeuble demanderait des rénovations et un peu de mise à jour dans la decoration.
