Comfortable and great location

Perfect location, great apartment
Posted May 24, 2024 on HomeAwayThe apartment is lovely and has most things you'd need. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with laundry facilities in the kitchen area. It's located in a fabulous location, very central, but not in a really obviously touristy area. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Superb!
Posted May 18, 2024 on HomeAwayBest location in the city. Very comfortable. The elevator was appreciated after walking all day. Public transportation was convenient. Nicely appointed kitchen made breakfast easy. The two twin beds in each bedroom were very comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom attached. This made it easy for the four of us to get ready each morning. The washer and drier were appreciated because we could pack light. Thank you!

Excellent Stay!

Fantastic Location in Barcelona
Posted Apr. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayThe apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro stop. There is an elevator in the building which was great to get suitcases to apartment. The rooms were a good size and accommodated our party of six. The check in process was easy and could not have asked for a better arrangement. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

An ideal apartment
Posted Jan. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayWe can't fault Antonio's apartment. It is in a great location, in El Born, away from the tourist throng, near L' Eixample. It is quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine, drier and a full range of self-catering equipment.
Antonio was a delightful host. He introduced us to the area when we arrived, recommending places to visit and eat. When we had a minor issue with the TV, he responded immediately.
We greatly enjoyed our 19 nights in Barcelona and intend to return next year.

Wonderful centrally located property

Kristina, I cannot understand such a low rating of your stay in my apartment when in your comments you say that everything was perfect. You even broke the door of the washing machine and I had to urgently repair it for the next guests

Perfect for a quick Barcelona Stay

Excellent Location
Posted Oct. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayHost Antonio greeted us upon arrival. The property was very clean, quiet but central. Maps said we were 10 minutes walk away from Plaza Catalunya, where our tours and La Ramblas begin, but was really only 5-6 minutes. Many choices for restaurant nearby. We enjoyed takeout several times from El Corte Ingles, which made eating in very easy.
