Excellent place with nice comfy beds, welcoming staff, authantic breakfast, peaceful and relaxing with most affordable rates. The person i met forgot his name Ank was quite helpful in every sense.

Stay was great. Booked the jacuzzi room for a great price. Comfortable bed, slept like a baby. I will recommend this hotel to friends. Best place to stay in Batavia in most convenient and most peaceful place, where everything was so perfect. Must visit place anytime.

You won’t find this kind of peaceful and clean place in Batavia in this rate. One feedback for front desk is to provide the instructions for the jacuzzi. Other than everything was so perfect here.

The property is filthy. Garbage stayed in the halls for most of the night. We had to move that large bag out from in front of our door to access our room. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub, but were only given 2 towels and 1 floor mat in the bathroom and nothing for the tub like we used to get. They only give two small pillows on the beds and the sheets are rough looking. There was trash still in our can in the room near the fridge. We used to love this hotel. Now managements family lives in the hotel and the kids are all over the place paying in the lobby with their shoes in the hall in the way we had to walk through. It seems dogs are living there and you are starting to be able to smell the animal smell in the hallways. We used to live going here for a nice date night. Now even with the cheap pricing pretty soon it will not be worth going here if it keeps going downhill. I really hope things start changing because this used to be a wonderful place to stay.
