Lovely place

Slow check in with a wait for room even when we were not early. Staff were friendly and attentive and the place was clean and tidy. Lovely room and the spa was nice.

It was OK

The 2 days were in an upgraded room which was fine but the evening was spoilt by a total lack of interest from staff at the hotel to serve us any drinks. We sat in the bar with another couple bemused as staff came and went without talking to us at all. It left me ffeeling as though the hotel lacked the quality of service it appears to aspire to.

Great hotel, really comfortable. Great facilities - spa was a delight. Great massage!! Only point to note, more hooks needed for hanging towels in pool area.
