I would never recommend this place to my friends or family. I have never given a bad review before but this place was awful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was ok those are the only good things about this place. They did not lock any of the entrance doors at any time, anyone was free to come and go at all hours of the day or night. There were ants in the hallway and out side of the back entrance. Our room key card had to be re keyed when we came back for site seeing and again in the morning. House keeping did not bring us clean towels or make our beds, when we asked why we were told housekeeping is not allowed to enter our rooms!. Finally just to let others considering this place know, there is a prison about a block away from the facility.

The front desk manager, Shawn, was dealing with a difficult customer when I arrived. He handled it well, and was very professional while checking me in and addressing my concerns. Everything is great for the price. When ordering through Travelocity, I'm looking for a good clean functional room at a discount that may have some flaws. This has been a great experience!

Property was excellent. Rooms are clean and morning staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, during our check in one of the night staff employee acted rude and indifferent.

The key card to the room didn’t work, staff had to change the key card twice. Once in the room the tv doesn’t work. Called to front desk and I was told to unplug the tv and plug it back in to see if the works and if it doesn’t then call back and they will come up and check the tv. It is late and I just want to get comfortable, watch tv and go to sleep. I don’t want someone in here working on anything right now this is such an inconvenience! When I called back to the front desk there is no answer.

Not the best visit
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HotelsFound hairs on both set of bed sheets. There wasn't a door on the bathroom. The shower dooer wouldn't shut, which soaked the bathroom floor. The sink leaked and also dripped. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings
