Staff was curious prompt and quick response, stay was pleasent,quility of food in restaurant was good .

Worst suite room experience ever. Ive a video of

We booked a suite via hotels .com. On reaching the room at 2pm we checked the jacuzzi ( for which we had booked rhe room itself) but found it to be non functioning. They said at 230 pm theres a water pipe burst due to which there was no water. Wven after.5 hpyra there was no water innthe jacuzzi. After.which the guy came and said that we have tonfill the jacuzzi with shower and buckets of.hot water Imagine getting a jacuzzi filled with hot water buckets. Apart from this the service and promptness was way too slow...like ecen getting the TCM refilled at the room

Needs Regular Maintenance

In general Hotel is OK. They have a good breakfast. Only problem which we faced is the pressure of hot water. It was almost nil and shower was not working properly. This hotel needs regular maintenance. Look like in past it was in good shape but has been left out and current managemen is just running it with limited resources

My experience was terrible in terms of everything. We had to make multiple calls for single service. Water comes out of drain pipe whenever we drain water from bathtub. Horrible..... We stayed in king suite, that had two televisions, those were completely show pieces. When we checked in, Kettle and cups were dirty. We had mesmerising view from our room (in sarcastic way), there was a big honeycomb. Pathetic. And most importantly no response to our grievances

Good rooms and good staff.Not much room selection options. Overall satisfactory stay with family.
