Excellent...mais personnel parfois hostile
Publié le 5 mars 2023 sur HotelsUn très bel endroit, un site remarquablement restauré. Le dépaysement est total, très beau puit à degrés à proximité.
Par contre la politique des pourboires est à clarifier: boîte à pourboire pour tout le personnel à l'accueil ( ce qui est plus équitable à mon sens)...mais du coup nous avons eu des réflexions de la part des porteurs lors de notre arrivée car nous n'avons rien donné individuellement. Je peux comprendre leur frustration, mais je n'ai fait qu'appliquer les consignes...même chose lors du départ: regards et attente insistante pour laisser un pourboire...tout cela nous a mis très mal à l'aise et a un peu gâché le séjour...

ダンスショー後のビュッフェスタイルの夕食もたくさんのメニューから楽しめたし、朝食はパレスの外観など眺めながらのビュッフェで、どちらも最高でした！
特に朝食のDOSAがお気に入りになりました！
2部屋予約したところ、1室はバルコニー付きで眺めも良く、室内も壁に城壁を残す仕様になっていて、これも気分が高揚しました！！！

The property is charming, with a beautiful view and it's historical place itself. Good restaurant. The food is too much Indian oriented and the service is very kind but it misses of experience.

A lovely building to stay in
Publié le 11 janv. 2024 sur HotelsLovely building. I got the lunch and dinner which were great. The dance show was great. The breakfast was not good at all - very limited options. I got there early and it was only staff and everyone was coughing and spluttering all over the food. If people are ill they shouldn't be working with food or in food areas. The shower was very average - not hot enough and not enough pressure. The only heating was a little fan heater in the room.
