Position is good, close to all the iconic places in Beijing. Room and facilities are bit of old but still okay. They provide breakfast which is nice, also there's laundry romm with washing machines and dryers.

Don't book this hotel. This is the most terrible hotel I have ever booked. It's very old, dirty, doesn't have AC (they claim that it's because it's Autumn, so they only provide heater)

Hotel.com should say no foreigner.

Actually it was instant booking and i wasnt expected to stay longer in biejing coz its just a day trip. went to the hotel and talk to receptionist and found out this hotel policy doesn't accept or accommodate a foreigner like me! It wasn't the hotel fault. It was hotels.com fault because the the first place why they post this hotel name online that doesn’t warned individual like me that this hotel have this policy? And also hotel.com make a policy non-refundable? Which now it happened that they cant refund me of the booking because they said they will review who's at fault? And i was talking to the receptionist while communicating with hotel.com agent at same time. I witnessed that the hotel management refunded and cancelled my booking to hotel.com. And hotel.com is denying and telling me theyre contacting or reaching the hotel or property couple times which i was there and was advise by hotel mngr couple times that i will get my refund thru hotel.com which they keep saying they refunded and cancelled my booking.

The rooms were very clean and supplied with water, coffee and tea. We could walk to so many beaitiful parks. The best, and most exciting part of our stay was breakfast!! Absolutely wonderful free breakfast included with everything from orange juice, boiled eggs, tofu to wanton soup and fried rice!

Book the hotel for my wife. She really likes it and specifically mentioned warm-hearted service staff there.
