Nice little place

Nice clean room. Breakfast is a bit odd. You have to go to the kitchen and ask for the items they have available. Fresh coffee. Excellent harbor views.

The entire property was very clean. Lovely view of the river from the pool area and dining room. Convenient drive to downtown Belfast. Recommend.

The staff was excellent, a car’s horn was going off every 2 minutes last night. A staff member (Luke I believe). Went out and located the car and was able to locate the people to turn it off. Job well done, we will return.

We arrived @ 1:45 for early check in, as I called the day before and confirmed I could do this. The lady behind the counter said, sorry we have had many cancellations and housekeeping hasn’t given me the ok. She advised us to wait 15 mins. We came back @ 2:20 and was told sorry still can’t check in, wait till 2:30. We sat in car and watched as she turned a family away. We grab something to eat come back and check in @ 3:30. We leave to go into town for dinner and come back around 8 and hope to relax. There are people slamming doors, running up and down the halls till 10:30 pm. Car alarms going off, people screaming, we call front desk no one answers. Would be a great place if the staff was kind, and also managed the chaos!

I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay.I apologize if you were told in advance that you could check-in early. Check-in is after 3pm. Because we cannot predict in advance how busy we will be on any given day, nor when people will be departing, we cannot promise early check-ins. I will review our policy with our front desk staff to ensure they are not promising early check-ins. While the hotel was busy on the night of your stay, we do aim to have guests be considerate of others. To that end, we routinely check the common areas and hallways, but we do encourage guests to contact the front desk if there is an issue so that we may try to address it.As soon as the front desk staff was informed of the car horn, we found the vehicle and notified the owner who remedied the problem within minutes. We apologize for the horn noise, but unfortunately it was not something we could have prevented and we worked to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
