Desk staff was rude. I had to go get my key re formatted every morning which was super inconvenient The door and fan were broken in the bathroom.

The place was clean, the staff was nice..But was very noisy. Fan in the room made horrible noise and I couldn't sleep mostly of the night. Outside people cars and load voice woke me up. I had an important test next day, but I didn't rest well. I was in room 311, Alexandria building

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. Child that was staying above us was running around which made our room noisy until 11pm. When someone is talking in hallway it sounds like they are inside your room.
