Publié le 8 juill. 2023 sur HotelsNous avons réservé cet hôtel car il y avait le petit déjeuner de compris. Hors aucun petit déjeuner n’est servi dans cet établissement ce qui nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires.
Chambre spacieuse propre et confortable par contre le wifi était tellement faible que nous n’avons pas pu nous connecter.
Et il n’y avait pas de laverie alors que restant 2 jours nous avions prévu de faire une lessive.
Bien placé par rapport aux commerces.

Hello Francis: We spoke with Hotels.com and they told us that their site said that we offered free breakfast. We do not offer breakfast and never have. We have requested that Hotels.com remove this information from their website and I want to personally apologize for your inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. We are absolutely aware of our Wi-Fi issue and have had our network provider and IT team out to both of our properties four times in the past week. This coming week we will be meeting and finalizing plans to install a brand-new mesh network for our Wi-Fi, so our guests will never have issues with their Wi-Fi again. As far as the laundromat is concerned, I do not believe that a laundromat facility, with guest accessibility is standard at very many hotels/motels; however, Motel West is literally a 5-minute walk from the laundromat located on NW Greenwood Ave. - I have washed my clothes there before. Our staff should have guided you to this laundromat and I apologize that they did not.Regards, Scott - General Manager.

Points : emplacement pour rayonner, rapport qualité prix, équipements
Points -: accueil très désagréable ( donc une mauvaise première impression), la vue de la chambre sur les sans abris qui errent sur le parking, le radiateur et le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnaient pas
Donc pas sur que je retournerai à ce motel si je retournais sur Bend même avec ce rapport qualité prix

Room was a little small but perfect for me. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean and cozy. If you need a great room for the money this is a very good option. I’ll stay here in the future for sure.

Best value in Bend
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis motel is the best bargain-priced place to stay within walking distance of downtown Bend. It’s not a new motel, but they continue upgrading rooms and my last stay was in a very newly furnished room with king bed — very nice!
