Excellent location which is close to Bengaluru. The quality of the property is top notch. My daughter loved the family pool which was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful experience, wonderful and courteous staff, did not want the vacation to end!!!! I went with Popcorn, my Shih Tzu and she too enjoyed herself. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is so well laid out and green. Looking forward to going there again!!!! Thank You, JW, for such a wonderful experience ❤️

Buffet Dining options could have been improved, and there was no yoga session, as mentioned in the catalogue, and staff could not confirm the timings. Anyways, apart from these two concerns, love to visit the property again for its location, facilities and almost new property condition

Will be back - again and again

Was my first visit to this newly opened hotel. It is situated just north of bangalore airport so whether you live in bangalore and want a break from city life or are flying in to bangalore and want a spacious resort as a retreat I can recommend. It is more than just a hotel. Has a fantastic pool, kids club and games room. Plus a spa with private treatment rooms overlooking the water. For those who golf, it is located adjacent to one of the top course in India so why not take advantage while you are there!!!

Debalina. She was helpful in all concern process in making us feel highly comfortable from checking-in, throughout the stay and checking-out! She is highly dynamic, multi-tasking and on her toes to ensure all aspect of the service is in compliance to the requirements. We were impressed by her strong and charismatic leadership qualities and capabilities. She put forward a fine touch in the essence of showing us across the property, providing sufficient amoun I like to thank Abhinandan for constantly helping me with provisions from the time I have entered the hotel at the club lounge! He had a charming and welcoming smile as always despite having a difficult job of running around. He welcomed me during my visit to the lounge and greeted me! He shared a strong sense in welcoming me, it was an absolute pleasure to be seeing him. I am delighted to have been served during my visit. He repeatedly asked me if there is anything better he could do to make my stay better! I was also greeted and made comfortable by Shashank, he helped me with all the service on the second day of my visit at the Club. He ensured everything was served and went a step ahead to offer any food requirements that we wished for! I was happy to see him and be welcomed by his positive attitude and offer us all his help! I pay a great respect and thanks to the people who make my stay highly memorable and an essence filled with joy! I shall continue to be a regular customer and enjoy my second home!
