The parking garage is under the hotel and has surveillance cameras. It was nice to go from the garage to our hallway. employee's are very professional.

The staff had great customer service. Had a difficult time sleeping as you can hear every noise through the walls. I was not a fan of the parking to check in as you had no where to really park if you had to big of a vehicle and the parking for guests was under the building and had to have a key to access elevator.

Broken room

Could not get the tv to work in the room. Asked the desk attendant 3 times to give us assistance. Toilet was broken. Attendant tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Hesitant to move us to a different room because we booked the room on Hotels.com. I finally said, “ what’s the difference who I booked through, we do not have a working toilet or tv!” Very disappointed.

Staff and breakfast were great. Room was clean and OK. Walls were pretty thin and you could hear snoring from next door. Further, upon getting off the elevator at 8 PM, there were loud female sex sounds up and down the hallway and could be heard from our room after we closed the door. Not that we’re complaining, but later we heard bathroom noises which were not acceptable.
