Fantastic hotel & a great location for seeing the beaches, towns & the interior of that area. From the moment we were greeted by the gatehouse team, to the reception, catering & cleaner staff, they were all great ambassadors for the company. Apart from one luke warm bar meal and an influx female under 19 football teams who were noisy at times, I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel. PS double check what you have booked in terms of a Mountain or Sea view.

Quiet area outside Benidorm but very clean and comfortavke beds.. SPA facilities closed. This was not disclosed before booking.

Not good off season. Food extremely poor, service poor, bar closed, pool closed. No atmosphere at all. Wouldn't stay here again, would not recommend.
