The staff was very helpful and the hotel is nice. I enjoyed having dinner with my family at the hotel restaurant! The only thing is no transportation from the train station.

Overnight stay after cancelled flight.
Posted Sep. 3, 2023 on HotelsHaving been abandoned in Berlin airport by Easyjet cancelling our flight at 11:30pm, we were desperate for somewhere to put our one year old to bed. The hotel was close to the airport (although the taxi fare was extortionate) and the staff were very kind and friendly. The room was just what we needed and the bed was comfortable. As we had to leave at 6am we did not have the opportunity of using the facilities but they looked good.
