Proximity to Alexanderplatz station was perfect, and ability to walk to moat places was a bonus.
Breakfast included a great selection of food, and was available from 6am until 10.30am (11am on weekends) which meant that it was bever too busy.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, well equipped and comforrablw.

There was mold in the bathrooms. Dirty filthy carpet. Staff is not helpful. There is no way you can bring in food from outside and sit in the room and eat. Small dingy rooms. Coffee maker full of dust and dirt inside it. Sure recipe for getting sick.

Great location
Posted Jan. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe Hotel is in a great location. Its a 5 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was great, big selection. The rooms were clean and comfy. I would definately reccomend this hotel for a first time visitor like myself who wants to explore the city.

Family winter holiday in Berlin
Posted Jan. 1, 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed very much our 4-days family winter holidays at H4 hotel in Berlin. We had a spacious junior suite with a great view, super comfy beds and executive lounge entrance which we found quite nice for some refreshments or hot drinks, especially when coming back after cold, stormy weather. Excellent hotel, great location, tasty buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful stuff.
