Hervorragender Empfang

Netter und sehr professioneller Service an der Rezeption. Das Frühst^cksbuffet war zwar sehr üppig, nicht aber ganz frisch (Brot und Bäckereien)

J'ai séjourné dans la partie rénové de l'hôtel, les chambres sont super bien pensé, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment varié et très bon !

Bel hôtel, dommage pour le bruit

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel palace Berlin. La chambre est propre, soignée, idem pour la salle de bain. Excellent accueil également. Néanmoins, nous avons été placés dans une chambre mitoyenne avec une chambre en pleine rénovation. Le matin très tôt, nous avons été réveillés par des bruits de marteaux, perceuses... C’est quand même bien dommage de ne pas condamner les chambres avoisinantes... surtout dans ce contexte Covid où l’hôtel semblait bien loin d’être complet !
