Definitely the worse hotel I’ve ever been.
To be honest it shouldn’t be named a ‘Hotel’, it’s more a kind of a low level youth hostel.
Rooms are small, old and dusty.
Bathroom are not to be spoken about.
Breakfast should also be avoided (45 min. before the official end time of breakfast you can’t find any bread or croissant and they just answer you that it’s finished).
The crazy thing is that this hotel is a step brother of the Steigenberger hotel but deferences are crazy.
It’s better to sleep at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof itself and not in this lousy ‘hotel’.
Avoid this Intetcity Hotel at all costs.

Clean and convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. Room and hotel perfectly adequate for a weekend break in Berlin. Most of the famous attractions are within walking distance and the train station is next door for further afield travel.

Visiting Berlin
Posted Jan. 22, 2024 on HotelsOur stay at the IntercityHotel Berlin was comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous during our stay.
The hotel is very close to trains shops and food.
The only inconvenience was a few of the wall plugs were not working but the hotel staff took care of that right away.
