Room stunk and was unclean

We had to pay for incidentals and it wasn’t mentioned online

Tried to get a refund immediately after checking in was told to wait a minute. Then they said it was to late that we had to do it within 15 minutes. There was trash in the room the bathroom was dirty the chairs had mold all over them did not stay it was absolutely disgusting we left without staying

Don't stay at this hotel

Once checking in, i decided to take my family elsewhere. The first room they gave us had an unbearable smell and full of dust everywhere, it was even visible on the floor. The second room they tried to put us in, which was next door to the first one. This room also had an odor, tv didnt work and the bed sheets had stains. Out of all the Super 8 motels that i have stayed in, i wouldn't have imagined that this one would be like that. This property i would never recommend anyone to stay at. This property really needs a renovation done. There's no way the lobby is the only decent looking room on the property. And to top it off my family and i wasn't the only family to get a refund just minute's after checking in. Dont know if they put up a review but they were just as disappointed as we were. Then to add insult to the visit, they didn't even have either one of our families reservation that we had made. We will never reserve a room ever again at this hotel in Biloxi.
