The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of people checking in at once, but they remained patient & helpful. There was a soccer tournament going on so lots of kids were staying in the hotel. Our room was right off the elevator so it was noisy, but overall it was a good stay.

Staff was nice and hotel rooms were clean. Great location to shopping and restaurants.

Having to pay for breakfast was a surprise. I was unable to check in any early when I called the day before. The CSR said it probably wouldn't happen anyway.

The hotel is located in a good/convenient area. The lobby area of the hotel was nice, however, the room cleanliness could be improved. I switched rooms because the first one had a musty smell. The room I was moved to also has that same smell but not as strong. My room door would not completely close on its own in neither room. And I noticed several other rooms like that as well. You shouldn’t have to pull and push for your to completely shut. Also, in 2024 the tvs should have streaming capabilities, cable only no longer suffices.

Staff is friendly and bar area is modern and comfortable. Very reasonable price for the quality. Like that you can order food, as well.
