The treadmill in the gym did not work. Elevator button on second floor did not work. Breakfast displayed as unappetizing. Management is allowing this property to decline. It is not consistent with Marriot standards.

Not what i was expecting

No hot water luke warm at best. It was freezing in the pool area because the door was left open to the outside all day and it was 40 degrees outside. Rooms smelled. Pull out bed has popcorn kernels all on it.

Great experience

Everything was clean and all amenities worked and were available for use. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I went down to get some hot tea and heard the check in employee screaming at a guest. I have no idea what provoked this behavior, but it was very unprofessional. The room was not as polished as rooms at other fairfield inns. Pillows were very small. Facility was under renovation but there were no signs. There were mattresses strewn in the parking lot instead of placed in the dumpster. Also the coffee was tepid at breakfast.

I was there 3 days and no house keeping was done. The beds were terrible. Hard has a brick. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim. Never again will I stay there.
