We opted to stay here talking my son to UAB, we felt much safer here than in downtown Birmingham but still easily to get to there in a reasonable time.
The staff was wonderful and polite and patient also polite to their own staff that they were teaching, and very sweet to us and my kids, I was called right after booking to confirm and was told to be careful of impending weather and not to rush which put my mind at ease since we were checking in late at night.
Breakfast was really good, everything we could need and more and plenty of it, if they ran out they were quick to refill.
Our room was clean and the beds were perfect, property was clean and I can't complain about one thing, 10/10 would stay again if I need to come back this way!

Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was amazing. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The young lady who staffed the breakfast area was truly amazing going above and beyond keeping the area stocked, responding to guests requests and even cooking bacon specially for a guest. She worked tirelessly every morning I was there. The only issue was the carpet in the rooms and hallways was old and appeared very dirty. One of the windows in my room was completely clouded over. Believe it was moisture between the panes, then windows seemed very old.

Our room was right by breakfast area and lobby. The tv was on loud in that area till 3 am. The people upstairs were walking around and our ceiling was creaking soooo loud that it was hard to fall asleep. If we stayed again I would ask for top floor
