We paid for the room for 4 nights. It got housekeeping/maid service ONCE. I called the 2nd day and got an apology and a restock of some items. On the 3rd day I was angry and got a hold of the manger of the hotel and he said that their policy is to only clean the room on request. That policy was never posted anywhere on Expedia, during check-in process, or mentioned by any of the staff. Just told to me by the manger on the 3rd day. They did send a housekeeping staff who picked up trash, towels, and restock items on the 3rd day. It's a nice and clean property, a little too warm in the hotel and casino. If it wasn't for the very unusual experience with the housekeeping، I would've said that this was a wonderful 5 star experience. I complained again during checkout, so they refunded me 2 nights of resort fees, about $60. Not enough. We would've left to another hotel but we paid for the entire stay through Expedia. Very disappointed, won't be back again.
