Close to attractions.
- Heating remotely controlled by owner.
- No dining table for family of 4.
- Blinds broken/remote control broken/a previous residents food still in the freezer.
- apartments look bigger online - size sq. m. needs advertising.
- The walk-in shower needs to be changed to a enclosed cubical - bad shower room design - leakage will only cause future problems.
Handy to get 1 of the 2 parking places on the property.

Not as advertised - Avoid!

2. We were told the heating was on but we were freezing most of the time.
3. The cooker did not work and seemed to be time out every couple of seconds.
4. There was no mention of the three flights of stairs to access the property which made one of our disabled guests stay miserable.
5. We were not offered or provided with fresh linen and extra bin bags during our three night stay.
6. The shower and sink water temperature was scolding and not responsive to adjustments.

This is a false review, the guests had young children and were arriving home 4am arguing and the kids crying, they were demanding and always asking for fresh towels, toilet rolls etc which was provided, they left the room is a disgusting state and 2 lots of bedding was ruined, I asked them for extra money towards the cleaning which has resulted in them giving a false review. The cooker is an induction one with full instructions on how to use it. They booked the penthouse of course it's upstairs
