We really liked this hotel and will be back next year. Our host was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location for bars, restaurants and Funny girls which we highly recommend.

Best Hotel in Blackpool
Publié le 21 nov. 2023 sur HotelsStayed in this hotel for two nights over the weekend. We've been to Blackpool around 4 times over the last couple of years and can honestly say this is the cleanest and best hotel we've stayed in.
Check in was easy and friendly and the room was lovely and fresh. No sticky carpet or musty smell at this hotel! Lovely fluffy white towels was such a pleasant change from previous places we had stayed.
Breakfast was lovely, and again the dining room and furniture all looked clean and modern. Service was just that right amount of friendliness; asking about your night but realising we were feeling a bit delicate from the night before
We would highly recommend this hotel, it's in a great location and hopefully there will be availability next time we are looking.as I don't think anything else will come close to matching this.

Good location, but has some issues

Noisy - you can hear pretty much everything from other rooms, conversation, bathroom noises, etc.
Bizarre that no toiletries/shampoo/bodywash is provided, other than handwash in the basin.
I was told that they don't provide these as they can't take the risk of someone having an allergic reaction, which makes no sense given that they do provide handwash, and that they apparently also have, in the top floor communal bathroom, a basket of toiletries available. Seems contradictory.
When I said that I'd never been somewhere that doesn't provide these things in ensuite bathrooms, I was told that I "must stay in some right posh places".
When I said that I often stay in budget hotels like Travelodge, the response was that they just provide a refillable dispenser on the wall, and "you never know what sh*t is in there".
Having said that, they did then go and get me a bottle of shower gel, so they did at least resolve the issue.
The location is extremely convenient for the station, and a short walk to the seafront and attractions, so that's a plus.

Tiny room ! you did book Small Double Room,full size double bed but smaller floor space, and also the cheapest on offer.It was all in the title and has satisfied many a customer .We do supply hand wash ,tea, coffee drinking chocolate and biscuits in the room.However no shampoo, shower gel or even shower caps.You did come down at the end of a busy breakfast to voice your complaint ,so I did get you some, regarding the remarks to you about dispensers in other establishments that was said as joke ! as true as it may be ! perhaps you had a sense of humour failure .It was unfortunate you had a noisy guest near you, but the gentleman staying had suffered some medical problems during his stay.Thank you for your review and I do hope you find somewhere more suitable for you requirements in the future.Regards DarrenPs we didn't find your tweezers you called up about.

Very friendly and great level on service.
Bathrooms dated but functional, we would stay again.
No parking but free parking on the road outside if you can get a space.
Walkable to Blackpool.

Had a lovely stay at Berne Hotel, room was clean and tidy and kids loved it , Breakfast was very nice , the owner was very friendly and helpful also allowed us the leave are bags after checking out so we could enjoy our last few hours in the town, would definitely use again.
