Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend

Absolutely disgusted

Check-in was absolutely terrible. They made me wait outside for over an hour. What a joke. Communication is absolutely terrible. The apartments are rundown terrible. I wouldn’t rate these to anyone I would definitely not stop here again 100% and please whatever you do book elsewhere.

Avoid this hell hole!

The property is run down, smelt of bleach when we arrived and floors still wet. Hair everywhere, full bin in bathroom. A spoon being used as a door stop?! Hole in door to apartment filled with kitchen roll. Extension leads draped up walls. Dirty bed sheets, tiny sofabed. Carpet loose on stairs with grips visible. Noisy and smell of cannabis throughout. Called to complain and was told I’d get a call back. This never happened, also emailed numerous times with no reply. We were booked in for 3 nights, stuck it out for one as nowhere had availability then went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!

2 night stay. Left the first morning. Shocking

promises things that are not available. No wifi. Just does not connect Tv only gets signal if signal box is out the window. Bathroom has no light/handle Bugs roaming the rooms Sofa bed is just a cheap sofa that is uncomfortable to sleep on. Heating hardly heats up. Bedding smells and moist Front door drags across the carpet. Nothing like the photos. Definitely not the ‘superior’ apartment that was paid for 2 night stay. Left the first morning. Shocking

Advertised as sleeps 4 property sofa bed is meant to be double pull out it was a leather effect fold down felt like sleeping on wood reported it but nothing bathroom sink leaking badly reported nothing tell me non refundable that only works of they fulfil there part of the contract which they didnt
