Il 20 agosto avevo prenotato e pagato una camera familiare per me e la mia famiglia composta da mio marito e due bimbi presso un'altra struttura che è risultata chiusa. Gli operatori di Expedia mi hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa presso questo hotel.Ringrazio gli operatori e il personale dell'hotel che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e cordiali

Hotel was very nice. Short walk into Blois (I thought it was more central). Pool quite small though and v crowded when we stayed.

The staff tried to convince me to pay 8 Euro to use their parking. When I asked how much the public parking was he told me it was the same. Incorrect! Public parking was 4.8 Euro, almost half the cost and it was much more convenient. They also immediately added up the breakfast fees, which was $16 euro . I had to ask them to take off the charges. I felt like they were price gouging. Location is not the greatest. You need to walk 15 minutes to get to town

Not a good reward night, No more hotels.com for me

Avoid at all costs. Price started off ok and used my reward night so was only about €50 including breakfast. In my haste to get the booking done I booked for that night in error. To get it changed cost another €60 and when we Got to the hotel suddenly breakfast was not included, they were almost empty , parking was not included and they charged us €30 to have the dogs in the room.
