Great place to unwind
Posted Jul. 12, 2022 on HotelsA bit of a hidden gem. Had a great stay here. Alberto was very welcoming on check in. Had a secluded feel about the place which was exactly what I was looking for. The apartment itself was very spacious and home like. Short walk from the beach where there were a few beach bars/restaurant. Towards the centre you will find a number of different supermarkets and restaurants. Recommended!

I honestly didn't think I deserved such a low score .. we tried to offer everything you needed and .. as you already knew it was the last apartment on the ground floor .... for 25 euros a day you can't expect a villa !

Next to the beach, lovely owners.
Posted Nov. 24, 2020 on HotelsVery nice confortable stay, right next to the beach (great for Kitesurfers). The Italian couple, owner of the hotel are lovely and gave us numerous tips on what to do on the island!

Alberto provided us with an exceptional service. He was super friendly and courteous! Definitely a great host. We enjoyed our short stay. He provided us with all the info we needed, recommended the best restaurant and attractions. We appreciate their hospitality very much. We definitely would recommend anyone to stay at “Cala da Lua”.

The property is in a good location and there are shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a 15-minute walk. It’s not located somewhere too busy like the main road so it's very peaceful. The apartment that I stayed in was very cozy and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the pleasant stay, Alberto!

Great place and location

Pros: Everything
Cons: Wi-Fi in the rooms
Location: Kitesurfing, quad biking and nature. However jet skis are the other side of the island. Get the Boa Vista app.
Very close to the airport, 10 Euros, but not invasive.
I stayed in the penthouse suite, which is fantastic. Very clean, modern and well kept, like whole place. Very friendly staff
Beach and bars 7-8 minutes walk. Closest restaurant is 3 minutes walk with geat seafood. Town centre with mini-mart and ATM's is 10 minutes walk. Dinner for 1 with booze between €20 and €25. Everything is cheap in comparison to the UK.
Highly recommended as a great place to stay.

Cracking little apartment
Posted Jan. 11, 2017 on HotelsCracking little Flat, friendly manager and team everything we needed right there. 5 mins walk to town 2 mins to the beach.
Lovely stay.
