We had a fantastic stay at the cloister! Roody checked us in and was very helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were top notch, the pools were clean and the boat shuttle over to the beach was very convenient. We ate at a few of the restaurants while on site and had delicious meals! The drinks were also great!

The place is quite dated and in bad need for a renovation. Services are decent but service fees and tips required all over the place make the experience quite unpleasant - you feel like you are there just to pay others…

Disappointed
Posted Jan. 31, 2024 on HotelsTotal disappointment, from worn looking accommodations, to body fluid stain on sheets, to uncomfortable mattress, to location away from the beach, this hotel is not worth the price or worthy of the hype it creates trying to position itself as a luxury resort. Too many great places to stay in Florida to be disappointed in a place like the Boca Raton.
