My clienta arrived late as flight was delayed. When they arrived to property the hotel said, the had oversold the hotel and they couldn’t accommodate. They didn’t even offer a solution or help to find another hotel. Very bad experience!! Onsite manager worse.

Stay somewhere else!

If you are thinking of staying here, DONT!!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to ever. The AC didn’t work, there was a mouse running around our room leaving droppings everywhere, they gave us pillows with no pillow cases, had no towels and there were roaches. When we asked to be moved to another room because we got in late and the children were sleeping, they refused and said they were overbooked. They offered to discount our first night and never followed through. We ended up leaving after already paying for our stay and would you believe the general manager and hotel staff have been giving me the run around about my refund. This is the most frustrating experience ever. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Disappointed stay

The AC in the room was not working at all. Could neither lower or raise the temp. Mentioned it to front desk, they said they would send a technician and never came. Sheets were a bit dirty and worn out. Body wash dispenser was broken and overall facade was dirty with bags and trash out in the open

Very noisy at night. Bugs! Rust around shower. Maid forgot to leave coffee. Pretty tired for a Holiday Inn
