i will not stay here again, some staff were rude, not enough personnel to clean rooms, no gym. very low water pressure.

Mixed feelings : Negatives: -Tragically, my iPhone was stolen from my hands just two streets away from the hotel, during the day. -The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor every other day. -The shower's water temperature fluctuated between too hot and cold, making it impossible to adjust. Despite multiple complaints, the issue remained unresolved, and no alternative room was offered. -Breakfast was disappointing, particularly because I couldn't get properly cooked poached eggs and the bread selection was sparse, lacking options like whole wheat sourdough bread. -The reception staff struggled to address the bathroom issue and could have been more welcoming. Positives: -The cleaning and breakfast teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful. -The room itself was clean and well-maintained. -The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. -The gym, located in an adjacent building, is a professional facility that is very well equipped, offering a superior exercise experience.

Our 7 day stay at The Residence Inn was most enjoyable. The property is located in the downtown area with plenty of food and shopping choices nearby. The hotel was nice and clean, and the entire staff was very helpful. The included breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety.

Exceso de ruido !una construcción en el edificio Gimnacio ruidoso desde las 4 am un boliche asta media noche con ruido excesivo es imposible dormir el Servicio solo te dice “ ay que pena “ no hacen nada para dar buen servicio prometen cambiar la habitación y nada ! Ellos aceptan en el momento el ruido pero a la Hora de hacer el reclamo formal lo niegan y solo dicen no es culpa de ellos que es un edificio compartido ! Pero en los detalles de la propiedad nunca comentan que es compartido y ay miles de cosas que no te dejan descansar

Nos asignaron una habitación diferente a la que pagamos. Argumentaron que al ser usuarios de Expedia no teniamos derecho a la habitación que habiamos reservado debido al tipo de reserva; sin embargo, cobraron por la habitación mas costosa.
